The Coral Room – A Vibrant Luxury Bar Designed By Martin Brudnizki
Modern Dining Tables brings you a luxury bar designed by Brudnizki called The Coral Room, a vibrant grand salon in London, an authentic splash of colors.
Martin Brudnizki has been described as ‘one of the best restaurant and hotel designers of his generation’ by Wallpaper and is regularly listed within both the London Evening Standard 1000 Most Influential People in the UK and House and Garden Top 100 Leading Interior Designers.
Reminiscent of Lutyens’architecture and the heritage of the Bloomsbury area, The Coral Room echoes the building’s unique heritage and preserves original detailing, all whilst blending togetherexquisite furniture and muted tones with geometric motifs.
The reception provides a lounge area for luxury hotel guests to relax and unwind in. A color palette of muted greens and pinks are accented by a mixture of furnishings,fine artwork and modern lighting as well as eye-catching heritage-inspired botanical wallpaper.
This luxury bar area has been sensitively redesigned: having retained the original paneled walls, a high-gloss lacquer finish in striking coral pink has been applied. This encompasses the ceiling too creating a bold canvas on which artwork and antique mirrors have been layered.
This luxury bar has bespoke glass chandeliers framing the central marble bar and leads guests through to a relaxed seating area. Also, you can see 36 original art pieces by artist Luke Edward Hall inspired by the surrounding Bloomsbury area and the architecture and design of Lutyens.
The central luxury barfeatures a glass and marble top with a high gloss timber front whilst the back area shimmers with antique mirrors and brass detailing.
