The Eleven Madison Park: A Fine Dining Restaurant In New York City
Situated inside the Metropolitan Life North Building at 11 Madison Avenue in the Flatiron District of Manhattan, New York City, the Eleven Madison Park is ranked third among The World’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2016 and topped the list in 2017. As one of the best fine dining restaurants in the heart of New York City, this space sits at the base of a historic Art Deco building.
The luxury restaurant has been owned by Chef Daniel Humm since 2011 and during that time it has progressed significantly, both in food and experience. Today, the modern restaurant offers an eight to ten-course menu in the main dining room, but exclusive guests can also visit the bar for a more condensed tasting menu, some light snacks, or simply for a cocktail or glass of wine.
Eleven Madison Park offers three private contemporary dining spaces, suitable for parties of up to 18, 34, and 50 seated guests – two of which overlook the main dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows, in addition, a modern space that features an installation from the acclaimed artist Sol LeWitt. All three spaces inside the luxury restaurant can be reserved for a larger event, accommodating up to 55 guests with space for a reception and seated lunch or dinner.
Eleven Madison Parkwas designed by Bentel & Bentel and it was originally opened in 1998 and was owned by restaurateur Danny Meyer. About the fine cuisine and the menu, the contemporary restaurant offers and provides one multi-course tasting menu inspired by the agricultural bounty of New York and its culinary traditions.
